Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges for hair that has been altered, bleached, wet, or worn. Exchanges can only be made 7 days after the item has been delivered. We do not offer refunds, and in the rare event one is given, it will be via store credit. If you purchased using Klarna you have a right to a 14 day return policy. (THIS ONLY APPLIES IF YOU USED KLARNA AT CHECKOUT).
Shipping: Bundles, Closures, and Wigs not on hand will take 5-6 bussiness days to process, shipping varies based on the option selected by carrier. We use UPS and every order is insured. Standard is 3-4 business days, and Express is 2 bussiness days.
Dropshipping: If you need your hair quicker we can have our vendor directly ship to you. This option takes 1-2 days for the vendor to ship. And 2-3 days for you to receive it
There's an option for UPS next day aswell. Bundles, Wigs, and Closures on hand are available to ship the next bussiness day . We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays, after a package is dropped off.
Orders Flagged High Risk Orders will be cancelled and refunded no exceptions. You can replace the order with a different card if it's flagged high risk.
Orders Flagged Medium Risk orders will need a confirmation, and potentially a valid ID to verify your identity.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
Filing a chargeback/dispute is a fraudulent activity. If you contact your bank to claim you did not make the purchase when you did, you will be banned from shopping with me. I hold all rights to file a police report, or take the matter to small claims court. I will also reach out to your bank and report you to them for fraud. This is stealing from my small business,Thank you.
